Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 16A of the said Act, the Conservator further hereby authorises the exchange of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the land described in the Third Schedule hereto.
