Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.
