Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), and pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 30 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 30 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
