Gisborne District
Pursuant to the Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Gisborne District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3D/38, subject to memorandum of mortgage 227202.10.
