Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 121B/418, subject to mortgage No. D. 418762.1 and mortgage No. D. 042943.4;
(b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125B/15, subject to mortgage No. D. 417742.3;
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette
