Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Conservator
of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Franklin District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose
(site for a public hall) reserve described in the Schedule.
