Pursuant to sections 116, 117 (3) (b) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped, vested in the owners of adjoining land described in the Second Schedule, and amalgamated with the adjoining land described in the Second Schedule subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
