District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

1.2151 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 17422. All certificate of title OT5997.
