Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and,
(b) pursuant to section 20, that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the same land is hereby acquired for State school and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
