Pursuant TO sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of accessway described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped (known as Lot 7, D.P. S. 3304) and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1288/9, subject to mortgage No. B. 313941.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
