Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reserve for local purpose (plantation) over the land described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Horowhenua District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

150 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 58987. Vested on D.P. 58987.
