Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes of which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 March 1968, No. 17, page 496, are hereby redefined for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners and Hamua hapu of the Tuhoe Tribe and their invitees.
