Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, the Ministers of Finance and State-Owned Enterprises, the shareholding ministers, hereby give notice as follows.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice may be cited as the Terralink Limited Vesting Notice 2001 (No. 1).
2. Application-(1) This notice applies to the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:
(a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of
8 hectares or more.
(b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more.
(c) Any land covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.
(2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms "bed", "lake" and "river" have the meanings assigned to them by
section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.
3. Vesting-Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Terralink Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington, and being a State-Owned Enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the
State-Owned Enterprise Act 1986).

1695 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. Plan 4900.
