Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2B/346;
(b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/49;
(c) The land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/260, subject to mortgage No. 189404.2;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
