In the notice dated 23 November 2000 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 November 2000, page 4149, in the North Auckland Land District-Waitakere City, First Schedule to the document, the words
"12.9386 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 132139, part certificate of title 77B/674."
are deleted.
