Under section 24E (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the marginal strip described in the First Schedule for the strip of land shown in the Second Schedule which is deemed to be reserved as marginal strip, pursuant to section 24E (3) of the Act.

Second Schedule
All that area defined as marginal strip over Sections 1 to 3, S.O. 23988; as shown on "S.O. 300560", certificate of title 15C/120.
