Line Proclamation
Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby certifies the
land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer affected by Proclamation 18804, North Auckland Registry, dated 29 November 1961 and being published in the
New Zealand Gazette dated 21 December 1961, defining the middle line of the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway, and hereby request the discharge of the Proclamation against the title in the Schedule hereto.
