Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped road and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 84B/672 and vested in The South Head Golf Club Incorporated on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
