Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservations as local purpose (road) reserves over the lands described in the Schedule,
and declares that all the lands may be disposed of by the Mackenzie District Council in such manner, at a price,
and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
