Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Matamata Piako District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 889/223, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 548446.3.
