Pursuant to sections 338 (2) and 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Otamatea E Maori Reservation as set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1946, No. 58, page 1163, is hereby extended by including the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further that such reservation is hereby redefined as follows:
For the common use and benefit of the owners, thereof for the purpose of a meeting place, marae, church and a burial ground.
