Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 5 July 2000, Stopping Road and Declaring it to be Crown Land, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
13 July 2000, No. 78, page 1901, by deleting the Schedule and replacing it with the following Schedule.
