Park - South
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby:
(a) Classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto as local purpose (esplanade) reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act; and further
(b) Changes the classification of the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto from local purpose (drainage) reserves to local purpose (esplanade) reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
