Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The land firstly, secondly and thirdly described
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title No. 128C/456, subject to mortgage No. D. 326404.5;
(ii) The land fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 127D/732, subject to mortgage No. D. 326404.5;
(iii) The land fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24B/689;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
