(Cemetery) Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the
East Coast Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Tararua District council to control and manage the local purpose (cemetery) reserve described in the Schedule.

762 square metres, being Section 2, S.O. Plan 11035, situated in Town of Matamau, Block X, Takapau Survey District.
2523 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 11035, situated in Town of Matamau, Block X, Takapau Survey District.
