and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager revokes the reservation over part of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the land may be disposed of by the New Plymouth District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or toward the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
