Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be acquired for road and vested in the Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
