Rodney District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive for the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcels of land described in
the First and Second Schedules hereto was passed by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 14th day of December 2000:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Act, the Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being land held by council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the Act"; and
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 16 of the Act, the Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being land held by council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the Act".

Declaring Land to be Reserve
6614 square metres, more or less, being that portion of
Lot 1, D.P. 192798, Parish of Pukeatua, situated in
Block XIV, Waiwera Survey District excluding therefrom the portion of Allotment 195 previously contained in certificate of title 904/178. Subject to the Reserves Act 1977. Part certificate of title 112C/194.
Second Schedule
Changing Classification of Reserve
2416 square metres, more or less, being that portion of Allotment 195, Parish of Pukeatua, previously contained in certificate of title 904/178. Part certificate of title 112C/194.
