Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, I, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Ruapehu District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
