In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council notifies the following resolution was passed by council on 15 May 2000 under section 14 of the Reserves Act and in respect of land held in fee simple by council, namely:
"That the land described in the Schedule be declared historic reserve."

South Auckland Land District-Waipa District
5006 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 79519. All certificate of title 64C/944.
5012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 7, D.P. S. 79519. All certificate of title 64C/945.
