Notice of Intention to Remove Society From the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Katikati & District Promotion Association Incorporated ("the society"), which has its registered office at 6C Main Road, Katikati, by request, under section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the society has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full all its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
The society has no surplus assets after paying its debts
in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 24 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 24 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar
is the 21st day of December 2001.
