Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register of Incorporated Societies
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

I propose to apply to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the club to be removed from the Register of Incorporated Societies.
This application is made, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that all assets have been realised and all proceeds have been distributed in accordance with Part XVI of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to this process must be lodged with the Registrar, under section 321 (1), within 20 days of publication of this notice.
