The Registrar is satisfied that The Advertising Institute of New Zealand Incorporated WN. I.S. 216592 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution on the
26th day of May 2000, under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 20th day of December 2000 made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
