Pertaining to the notice Chiropractors (Fees) Amendment Notice 2000, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
30 November 2000, No. 160, page 4159.
The following amendment to 4. Revocation of that notice is required.
The first sentence following the word Schedule should read:
Fees Payable:
Application for registration under section 16 of the Act $150.00
not $550.00
