Notice of Change in Recognition of Specified Universities by the Veterinary Council of New Zealand Pursuant to section 12 of the Veterinarians Act 1994, the Veterinary Council of New Zealand gives the following notice. N o t i c e In exercise of his powers under section 12 (3) of the Veterinarians Act 1994, the Chairperson of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand declares that, as of 22 March 2001, the institution listed below is no longer recognised as a "recognised veterinary college(s) or institution(s)" for the purposes of section 9 of the Veterinarians Act 1994. He therefore revokes any previous notice published, pursuant to section 12 (1) (a) of the Veterinarians Act 1994, in relation to recognition of this institution: ? The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Copenhagen, Denmark. As of 22 March 2001, graduates from the aforementioned institution will no longer be eligible for registration without further examination. The change will not affect the registration of graduates of the aforementioned institution who are already registered with the Veterinary Council of New Zealand, or who are registered on or prior to 22 March 2001.
