Notice is hereby given that on 6 December 2001, and acting pursuant to Regulation 101 (10) of the Electricity Regulations 1997 ("the Regulations"), I, Anthony Leverton, acting under the delegated authority of the Chief Executive, Ministry of Economic Development, recognise approvals issued, pursuant to the Australian legislation listed in the Schedule to this notice, as being a regime of compliance
for the purpose of Regulation 101 (9) of the Regulations.
