Pursuant to section 155D (4) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, I hereby give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa
Maori o Otepoti Amendment Notice 2001.
2. The notice entitled, "Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Otepoti", published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 1997, No. 178, page 4256, is hereby amended by revoking clause
5 and substituting the following clause:
"5. Constitution of the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori
o Otepoti shall comprise:
(a) Five elected parent representatives.
(b) The principal.
(c) A staff representative.
(d) Not more than four persons co-opted by the Board."
3. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
