20 years driving with excess breath alcohol - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Yamaha CE50 motorcycle, registration No. 49 SWY
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
