Pursuant to section 8 of the Electoral Act 1993,
Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Honourable Justice Anthony Arthur Travis Ellis, High Court Judge
to be the President of the Electoral Commission for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.
