Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Queenstown on
26 November 2001, against Greg Shannon Phillips for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1984 Ford Telstar, registration No. LI 7113.
It is a condition of the order that the offender shall not, within 12 months after the date of the order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
