Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the date of this notice, the approval of
Aspiring Animal Services Limited's
code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the
approved code of ethical conduct of New Zealand Pastoral Agriculture Research Institute Limited.
Notice No. 5324 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 10 February 1994, No. 11, page 719, is hereby revoked.
