Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 6 November 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga, Phillip Jay Skipper, of 10 Wilson Road, Paengaroa, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) - and in addition to
the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registration No. PG 6714
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
