The Board of Skill New Zealand - Pukenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 8 of the Industry Training Act 1992 and having consulted with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, affords provisional recognition to the Retail Training New Zealand Incorporated (trading as Retail Industry Training Organisation) for the retail and wholesale industry for a period of up to 18 months subject to the Industry Training Organisation and Skill New Zealand reaching a plan to implement the recommendations contained in the audit report with effect from 18 December 2000.
