Acting under delegated authority, pursuant to section 109 (7B) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that it is in the best interests of Sacred Heart College (Napier) that the election of its board should be postponed and that the current commissioner's term of office should be extended.
I set 3 December 2001 as the date of the election for a new board of trustees.
This notice revokes the notice which appeared in
New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2001, No. 28, page 619.
