On 23 October 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga, Daniel Shane Whareaorere, of 413 Maunganui Road, Mount Manunganui, was convicted of the following
offence - driving while disqualified (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Mitsubishi Mirage motor vehicle, registration No. JX 1992
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
