Pursuant to the power vested in the Chief Justice of
New Zealand by section 51B (2) of the Judicature Act 1908, the Chief Justice of New Zealand has appointed
The Honourable William Gillow Gibbes Austen Young
to be a member of the Rules Committee for the special purpose of generally advising the committee on matters of procedure, to hold office during the pleasure of the Chief Justice but in any event for a term not exceeding 3 years.
