Notice Title

Cessation of Anti-Dumping Duties on Canned Apricots From South Africa

The Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development gives notice that, in terms of section 14 (9)
of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
("the Act"), anti-dumping duties on canned apricots from South Africa cease to be payable with effect from 16 October 2001.
The anti-dumping duties cease to be payable on that date, because at that date, the goods were not subject to review under section 14 (8) of the Act and 5 years had passed since the date of the final determination* by the Minister of Commerce that the goods were being dumped and were causing material injury to the New Zealand industry.
Dated at Wellington this 16th day of October 2001.
ANNE CORRIGAN, Acting Manager, Trade Remedies Group.
