Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 5 October 2001 at the District Court at Waihi, Darrel Murray Page was convicted of the following offence
- driving while disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1981 Ford Cortina, registration No. KD 9107
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
