On 5 October 2001 at the District Court at Waihi, Kevin John Unsworth was convicted of the following offences
- excess breath alcohol (2nd/subsequent) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1978 Holden Kingswood, registration No. JL 7386
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
