Pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
John Pennington Gatley, acting District Court Judge
of Taupo
to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Liquor Licensing Authority for the period 1 October 2001 to 31 December 2001 inclusive.
